For specific issues, please download the log files (see Downloading log files) and, if applicable, download a snapshot of the last detection: Every software module allows to download the last detection on its Web GUI page by clicking the blue camera button below the image streams.
Downloading the last detection can also be automated by using the trigger_dump service of the respective software module,
e.g. see Services for the LoadCarrier module.
